Hello everyone. Visiting Sitka next year and was wondering if it's legal to ride a dirtbike or atv on the roads. I've searched for an answer and haven't had any luck. Thank you for your time.
If it can be licensed as a motorcycle and you have the appropriate endorsement, yes. http://www.dmv.org/ak-alaska/motorcycle-license.php
The short version of that link: if it has an engine, you must have a license to ride it.
